Online Classes, Workshops, and Private Sessions — Zoom Meetings
Online classes, workshops and private sessions are hosted live on Zoom. A confirmation email will be sent to you after completing your registration payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 1-2 days, please contact TCM Time and check your spam folder or settings. Your confirmation email will include a Zoom link as well as meeting ID and password to join your online session.
You can join meetings directly from your browser or download Zoom app for a better experience. Read Joining a Zoom meeting – Zoom Support for more information on setting up. Please log in 10 minutes early for troubleshooting, announcements and greetings. Online classes and workshops will be divided into approximately 50:50 recording time (instruction and training) and live interaction (guidance, feedback and questions).
Minimum required enrollment to run the online classes or workshops is 12 persons. Students will be notified of any cancellations prior to the class or workshop date(s), and will be offered a full refund or credit.
Recordings — Providing Consent to Be Recorded
Recordings are hosted by TCM Time (host) on Zoom. When the host begins recording or the meeting is already being recorded, participants are asked to provide consent to being recorded. Read Providing consent to be recorded – Zoom Support for more information.
Every consideration will be taken to prevent students from appearing in the videos, but please be aware that this may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances and images and/or voices may occasionally be recorded.
For online classes and workshops, recordings are accessible in the video library using the password(s) given in your confirmation email. Please keep this login info private. You are welcome to share your login access with family members within the same household.
For online private sessions and sponsors, recordings are available upon request only — a download link will be provided after the session. TCM Time reserves the right to publish or make public any or all of the content at any time.
Video Library — Lifetime Access
Once you register for an online course or workshop, you will have unlimited access to the recordings in the video library for life, provided that TCM Time services continue running. Occasionally TCM Time may decide to edit, change, add or remove content in the video library. TCM Time reserves the right to publish or make public any or all of the content at any time.
You may not copy, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, republish, retransmit, or modify any of the material on this site. You may download material for your personal, non-commercial use on the condition that you retain any and all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. If specific course(s) or workshop(s) will be discontinued or if TCM Time services terminate, you will be notified of a link where you can download the videos before they are removed from the platform and no longer accessible.
