Qi Gong in Marbach: A Workshop for Health and Community
Turnverein Marbach 21.05.2024 – 08:40 Uhr

May 21, 2024

This summer, on 6 July, TV Marbach is offering a very special workshop in the gymnasium hall of Friedrich-Schiller-Gymnasium. Under the guidance of experienced Qi Gong practitioner Kathy Yang, participants of all ages and fitness levels can discover and learn the art of Qi Gong.

The morning is dedicated to beginners, where the basics are taught in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. “This workshop is designed so that absolutely anyone can participate, no matter their fitness level or prior experience,” explains Kathy Yang. “It’s about gently pushing your own limits while doing something good for both body and mind.”

The afternoon is aimed at those who have martial arts experience and wish to dive deeper into the Qi Gong practice. However, the workshop is more than just a training session; it is an opportunity to strengthen the community.

“With this event, we aim to engage not only our club members but also invite all citizens of the city to join in, to improve their health, have fun, and foster a sense of community,” emphasizes the head of the Karate department and chairman of TV Marbach 1861 e.V. Sascha Keller “Qi Gong is a wonderful way to bring people together and form a strong, supportive community.”

The workshops are designed to be both educational and inclusive. The event will be conducted in English, but thanks to translation, all participants can fully participate and benefit, regardless of their language.

Join us on this special day in Marbach, experience the positive effects of Qi Gong, and become part of a community that grows and supports each other together.
